I made this layout using the March sketch from Sketchbook365.

The photo is of my niece. I took it while she was warming up before a competition a few weeks back, in really bad weather (hail and wind!) This sport definitely takes a lot of dedication!

I used the January kit from Cocoa Daisy. The feathers are made with one of their awesome stamps, embossed using opaque white Zing embossing powders on top of a patterned paper. I layered strips of paper and used the card cut-outs from a Pink Paislee paper to layer the photo.

These feathers (Studio Calico) were not included in the kit, but came from my stash.. I inked the edge of the speech bubble to give it some extra dimension and adhered it to the page using 3D-foam.
